What will you do?
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our planning and a source of innovation. You’ll ensure that our dentists, assistants, and drivers are always in the right place at the right time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating smart schedules that align seamlessly with customer needs and staff capacity
- Responding daily to last-minute changes, such as schedule adjustments due to vacations or illness
- Identifying improvement opportunities and process optimization
- Out-of-the-box solutions to address planning challenges intelligently
- Supporting projects like employee onboarding, ensuring they start well and can be deployed for the long term
Who are you?
You are more than just a planner; you are a problem solver and innovator. With your energy and fresh perspective, you will help us continue to grow.
Additionally:
- You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or planning
- You have at least 2 years of experience in planning or process optimization
- You think outside the box and are not afraid to bring new ideas
- You work in an organized manner but can switch flexibly when the situation calls for it
- You possess strong social skills
- You communicate easily with various people both by phone and in writing
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
- You have good computer skills, especially in MS Excel
About us
At Europe Medicare, we operate with the vision “Mobile Dentistry, Beyond Borders.” From our small Shared Service Center, we support our staff on our mobile dental practices, providing dental care to vulnerable groups across the Netherlands. We are growing rapidly and are always open to new ideas and initiatives to improve our services further.
